SPICE 1-2-1 can be ordered directly via web or per mail. Please contact your SPICE 1-2-1 provider.

As soon as your order arrives, you will receive the registration code by mail. In the meantime, you can download the demo version which can be switched to full version with the registration code.

Because of structural changes in the process dimension and amongst the generic practices - inspired from ISO 33020  - the assessment files with PAM 3.1/3.0 are not compatible with PAM 2.5 (oder 2.4, 2.3) files. Therefore we offer two separate tools: one for PAM 3.1 (incorporating PAM 3.0), the other for PAM 2.5.

The Company Solution [121-AS3-COM] resp. [121-AS-COM] and the Corporate Solution [121-AS3-COR] resp. [121-AS-COR] include trainings & workshops for performing the assessment and operating the tools.

Upgrade Information

Upgrade from PAM 3.0 to PAM 3.1:

• Customers with an existing maintenance agreement:
  • Update free of charge. You'll also get the rule-checker feature for free - but you'll need new activation codes. Please contact us.

• Customers without an existing maintenance agreement:
  
  • Update free of charge, but the rule-checker feature will not be available. To use the new feature, please consider the maintenance agreement.

Upgrade of existing SPiCE 1-2-1 for Automotive PAM 2.5 licenses.
The upgrade price depends on existing license(s) as well on your tool-version:

• Customers with an existing maintenance agreement:
  • Additional license for PAM 3.1 Tool-Version 3.3.x: 50% of the existing license price. Maintenance agreement stays the same in price, but from now on covers both PAM 2.5 and PAM 3.x
  • Version 3.x.x to 3.3.x (both with PAM 2.5): Update free of charge.

• Customers without an existing maintenance agreement:
  
  • Additional license for PAM 3.1 Tool-Version 3.3.x: 70% of the existing license price.
  • Version 3.x.x to 3.3.x (both with PAM 2.5): Update free of charge.

This upgrade-offer is limited until December, 31^st 2018.

The (optional) maintenance costs amount 15% of the license price yearly. The minimum duration is 2 years. The agreement is automatically renewed for another year. The termination of the agreement has to be made in written form at least 3 months before its expiration.

Note: Activation codes for SPiCE 1-2-1 for Automotive PAM 2.5 can not be used for SPiCE 1-2-1 for Automotive PAM 3.1 (and vice versa).
